Mission

Progetto Donna wants to promote women-men equal opportunities in the many different fields of civic, social, economic and working life.

In particular we address:

Women and men at work
To value gender differences at work is a strategic factor for enterprises as:
- It brings benefits to both enterprises and women as it favours involvement and motivation processes as well as human resources empowerment; it enhances relation and communication competence that women have

To value gender differences at work brings benefits to women as:
It favours flexible working time and place; professional development; participation to decision-making positions; work/life balance

The Quality of the Enterprise System has to be guaranteed also through:
- A Corporate Social Responsibility that adopts a gender point of view
- A gender certification inside formal Quality Systems
New technologies that help to balance work and private life like telework

Women and men in politics
An accomplished democracy, that voices everyone’s needs, motivations and  aspirations, needs a balanced participation of men and women in politics.
To overcome - politically and socially – the female impasse in Italian politics, it is necessary to create models  through studies, analysis and research.

Women and men over 50
A challenge of our time is to succeed in reconciling a society that gets older and older with the extension of the working age in a world of work that needs continuous spurs and innovation.
Our  projects:
Creation of learning techniques that allow senior citizen  to use ICT in order to ensure a better quality of life.
Better value workers over 50 through motivation and retraining processes, as for example,  tutoring/mentoring in favour of new employees, in role changes, career developments, in internal reorganisation
